In 2021, twelve years after taking her first steps in the Israeli couture bridal industry, Chen H Perez decided to establish her own Design House in Tel-Aviv.
Chen’s universe is inspired by various expressions of romance throughout the twentieth century, as well as by her love for art, delicate aesthetic, and fine craft.
Each dress combines the highest quality fabrics with handcrafted embroideries, interlaced using a unique inhouse couture method – and gets the glowy character of its own.
When creating a bridal gown, a new piece of evening wear or accessory, Chen thinks of the woman’s body as a piece of art, that her designs are meant to dress with softness and elegance.
That is exactly how Chen wishes each bride and woman to feel on her special, eternal daydream: a piece of art!
MY INSPIRATION IS
My influences span from the Mediterranean sea – where my Moroccan and Israeli roots meet – to the French Haute Couture of the Twenties and the Fifties. However, I believe my true inspiration comes from the small events, often unnoticed around us: body movements, a few notes of music caressing the ear, beautiful colors catching the eye by surprise. These are the things that really open my mind and my heart.
